Are there any conditions for love in the Bible?

It doesn't seem like there are.

This morning I've been thinking about observation. What it means to be observant, which my phone wrote back to me as on servant, which made me think if Jesus, and how the devil (who tries to get our worship- Don't let him steal your joy!) lies and tells us that we're not good enough. I just heard it- you might as well fa- and then I'm interrupted like, "Yes, honey, write." I'm comforted know the voice of God speaking to me. For what else, Who else could conquer death?
